Curacao Gaming License Renewal
Curacao iGaming licenses are renewable indefinitely for subsequent 5 year terms.
- Application must be submitted a minimum of 90 calendar days prior to license expiry.
- Prescribed renewal fee must be paid. As of 2025 it is €60,000 for both B2C and B2B
licenses. This does not include legal, compliance, or audit fees. - Submission of independently audited financial statements for the preceding term.
- Evidence of ongoing compliance with all Curacao Gaming Authority’s reporting and
operational requirements. - No outstanding sanctions or penalties should be confirmed.
- Immediate suspension of all gaming operations
- Financial penalties and fines
- Legal prosecution of directors and officers
- Seizure of player funds and operational assets
- Permanent disqualification from future licensing
